I had a water heater installed by Master BG in December 2019. I hesitated calling Boris last night at 11:45 pm but hoped he would answer his phone at that late hour because I heard a beeping sound coming from an attachment to the water heater and didn't know what to do to stop the beeping. He was so patient in helping me alleviate the problem so that I could go to sleep and not worry that something was seriously wrong. He took me through the process step by step without being in a hurry until he was satisfied that all was well. I would recommend them and give them five stars plus for their professionalism and dedication to their work and their customers. Thank you so much Boris!

Installed a gas water heater after another contractor had told us he couldn’t fit a 50 gallon heater in our attic. Stuck to his original estimate, replaced a valve he just didn’t think was right and did an overall wonderful job. Highly recommended!
