They nickled and dimed us the whole project. They brought up last minutes costs. We paid extra to have the baseboards they installed painted, and they wanted to charge us another 160 to put a second coat of paint on after they filled the nail holes and puttied. What a rip off, very disappointing for a local company. They charged 40 for clean up and our rooms were really dusty afterwards, they just swept, didnt even vaccum. The main guy, Todd, was only there for 10 min in the beginning, then we never saw him again, just his workers.
Also, i specifically told them not to remove the baseboards in the closets and they did anyway, oh, and when removing them they made a hole in the wall. I bet they just covered it up and didnt even patch it. I will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.
