To whom it may concern,
I felt obligated to write this letter as a homeowner residing in Bergen County, New Jersey, to give high praises and accolades to:
Sherifahm Barakat/PE and the Team Leader, Jose, and his highly skilled crew; @ Master Form USA LLC / General Contractor, Livingston, New Jersey.
Recently, I had the misfortune of having a huge tree get struck by lightning during a bad thunderstorm. The fallen tree hit the back of the house, which resulted in extensive physical and structural damage to the roof, chimney, gutters, siding, etc., along with 5 huge gaping holes protruding clean through the roof and a deep hole through the concrete patio decking.
I had numerous roofing/ building contractors submit their bids, describing the scope of work they would perform to restore the damage to my property. It was a stressful and nerve-racking ordeal, as their recommendations and costs were all over the place. I didn't feel comfortable with any of the contractors that I met.
While still trying to decide which contractor to use, I observed that my new neighbor was having his entire roof completely removed and reinstalled, along with new gutters and downspouts.
I was impressed by the craftsmanship and expertise demonstrated by these workers on this project. They were systematic, orderly, meticulous, businesslike, streamlined, efficient, organized, and clearly highly skilled craftsmen; the kind that is not seen since days gone by.
I rushed over to introduce myself to the Team Leader, "Jose." I asked him to stop by and take a look at my damaged roof. He provided his business card and kindly agreed.
The next day, Jose stopped by with his crew and Sherifahm Barakat/PE.
Jose and his team, with ladders, traversed the rooftop and crawlspaces to determine the extent of the roof and structural damage caused by the fallen tree.
Sherifahm Barakat/PE, took photos, then consulted with me and made several creative recommendations on how to move forward to restore my extensive property damage.
Sherifahm Barakat/PE and I agreed to proceed with the project, and the scope of work needed that he and his team could provide within my budget.
I don't have words to express how everyone involved in this project performed "Over the Top.". They were courteous, professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, showed pride in workmanship, they left no rubbish behind, and finished all work on time and on budget.
