RUN FROM THIS INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST PLUMBER!!
I was scammed by Master Kraft Plumbing. I had Victor come out to repair my bathroom faucet‘s cartridge and we agreed on a price. He came out, took the faucet apart and claimed it needed more work. He then quoted me almost double of the original amount, which I agreed to since he was already there and had done some work on the outside faucet. Victor asked me to pay him for the day's work (the original amount) which I did. He promised to come back out the next morning to finish up. Victor repeatedly never showed up. He rescheduled over 5 times, each time promising to show up for sure, and then never shows up without a word. Each time we would clear our day's schedule and fruitlessly wait all day. I eventually gave up and realized I had been scammed. Need to find a real reputable plumber to come fix the work Victor left behind.

I had another plumber come out, and they found that Victor had cut into the valve and damaged it, making the entire valve (not just the cartridge) to need a replacement. The new plumber has to cut open the closet wall to replace the damaged valve. And then I’ll need to hire a carpenter and painter to repair the sheetrock.
So Victor himself cut and damaged the valve, had the guts to collect the full pay for the original work (replacing a cartridge), and then was a no-show knowing the damage he had done.
I now have to pay a lot extra $$$ to fix the damage done by Victor’s incompetence and negligence.
