We contacted Master Loco Construction to detect the source of water intrusion into our newly installed wood flooring which had only been installed a few months prior..     Rafi is a master craftsman and always follows through with what he says he will do. He retrofitted my home’s foundation, and completed the permit required job in two weeks! His way of doing it saved me thousands of dollars when compared to competing bids. I will always use Master Loco on future projects now that I know there is a contractor who not only has integrity, but is pleasant to work with!

    I hired Master Loco Construction to do a seismic retrofit and additional repairs to the foundation of my house. Rafael gave me a good price and got to work quickly. The work was well done, and the process was smooth and fast. I asked to add an additional project of laying some concrete for a swim spa, and Rafael gave me a fair price on that as well. Master Loco construction is easy to deal with, and I recommend them 100 percent.
