Jody took over 8 months to complete a job that should have been completed in 2 months tops. Our floors are incorrectly installed (they are bowing!) He would not respond to calls when we contacted him to tell him about this. He only responded to us after our lawyer contacted him. Then he was trying to fix the floor. He did "fix" the floor or so we thought. The floors are still bowing and he gave his usual excuses for not completing the job correctly. We have heard endless excuses since the beginning. He left the job incomplete. He does not return calls, emails, texts etc. We are having to go as far as taking him to court. He is bad business!!

We hired Jody Trujillo (Master of All Trades) to redo our landscaping after a bad storm. Jody required 50% down to start the job. We paid him $3000 to get started. He only did a SMALL portion of what was outlined in the contract. Jody was also hired to rebuild my neighbors wall, that was knocked down during the same storm. While Jody was building the wall he hit our house and damaged our stucco with the bucket of a backhoe. He assured us he would have it fixed by a reputable stucco company, but he never took care of the stucco damage. Jody completed the neighbors wall and continued to access our property to build the neighbors wall. After the wall was completed we received an email from Jody stating that he was keeping our $3000, even though Jody had only done a small portion of the contract/job. After several emails and threatening to take him to court and file complaints he agreed to refund us $1500 of the $3000. He still has not refunded the full amount that was agreed and he has made no attempts to take care of the stucco damage. I have sent him numerous emails, texts and phone calls for nearly 6 months trying to get this fully resolved.
Beware if you use this company, to not pay Jody until the work is completed. Jody was a very good talker and kept in contact, until he received $$. As soon as Jody cashed our check his whole attitude changed towards us. Just 1 day after he cashed our check he was already asking us for more money. I finally filed a BBB complaint try to get this resolved and Jody sent nasty, verbally abusive texts.

Jody was fast and efficient and completed my roof exceeding my expectations. After hail
Damage I wasn’t able to get any other company to get me a quote and I had 4 out. Jody came, gave me a quote within 48 hours and started work the following week. I was nervous because I don’t know anything about roofs, Jody answered phone calls and stayed in contact during the whole Process.
