    Considered for Roof Replacement

    The initial quote and introduction call was straightforward without any of the sales pressure. The rep was willing to educate and answer all the questions without any of the "we are the best and everyone else is bad" approach. Once I signed the contract, the job was completed within two weeks and there was clear communication of the process for the roof replacement. The actual job was completed on time without any issues and the team did a good cleanup job as well. Overall a happy experience.

    4 bathroom roof vents installed

    The job was installing 4 bathroom roof vents on a 2-story house.
    What went well was everything seemed to go flawlessly. Left me with the impression they knew exactly what they were doing. Email communication was excellent.
    What went great was while up there they noticed some missing shingles and replaced them.
    What they could do better, I found them expensive. They also were supposed to send me pictures of the work they did, the area of the missing singles, and an estimate for a replacement roof. despite a followup email by me, none of this happened. I never heard from them again.

    We had a little miscommunication at the beginning of our job, but once Wilson (the owner) became aware of the issue, he made sure to call me personally every time that I had a question.
    On the day of the job, his crew were on time, courteous and efficient. They did a great job, exactly what was included in the quote. They even used less material than originally quoted and I received a credit on my final bill.
    After the job was done, I had some additional questions and not only did Wilson come to my home to answer these questions, he arranged for one of the other workers to come to explain some of the details to me and show me exactly what I was asking about.
    I would highly recommend Wilson and his crew.
