I had a major landscaping project performed by MasterAZScapes to change my property from a lush Florida lanscape to an Arizona desert landscape. Once I called them, they had a Certified Landcape Architect put together a design document that I had to get approval from my HOA. Once some changes were made to appease my HOA, the design was approved, MasteAZScapes started within two days and was finished in two days.
Now I have a desert landscape with stone and various cacti that is practically maintenance free. They used a weed barrier that was placed down before the stone. So no weeding needs to be performed which our strict HOA was on my case about and was the reason I wanted the desert design rather than the lush Florida landscape. This project was done during the late winter of 2018 and MasterAZScaped came back the next fall and replaced a tree that died during the summer of 2019. They didn't charge me even though I had only a 6 month guarentee.
