My Insurance company is now attempting to re-coup damages done on my property. Nicolas Mallard owner of this fraudulent company is claiming, that his insurance policy will not cover damages. This is likely a lie but this is the type of con-artist and theft, and unprofessional company you will deal with. DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES
I hired this service to do a wall remodel. I specifically wanted arches added to three walls to give my formal dining room a bit of a flare. I met with Nicholas Mallard for the consultations. After checking the insurance and contracting license I went ahead to allow them to provide the service.
Issues in order of severity encountered:
1. Lack of Due Diligence
- the company failed to verify water lines shut-off and cut into a pressurized sprinkler system causing sever damage to my condo (4 floors ) and my garage due to the flooding as well as damaging five other units in my community as a result of massive amount of water that flooded my home.
2.Lack of Professional expertise
- The plumber that they claimed was licensed (I was unable to look up the license number provided 680464432223) to verify the plumber is indeed skilled to do the job. I had to get a second opinion on the job and it was verified that the drainage plumbing installed was done incorrectly! It was not done to code and was back bent, meaning it would have cause an additional leak
3. Lack of Professional services
They did not section off the working area so dust went everywhere, They did not have a garbage truck to clean construction work. They not only destroyed my unit but cause major water damage to the unit below me and three other units beside me.
They should only be trusted to paint house and hang pictures, DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING ELSE ! HE DOES NOT HAVE SKILLED PROFESSIONALS WORKING FOR HIM STAY AWAY
I would never ever recommend this company for anything other than a paint
