Not a very professional business or business person. Masterson Floor Covering was contracted out with our local Lowe's store to install some flooring in our home. After a few months, a few problems crept up and it was determined that Masterson Floor Covering installed the floor improperly. Upon Masterson's return to repair & replace a portion of the floor, Wiley (the owner of Masterson's) determined that there were add'l problems and until those problems were resolved, he would not continue with the repair. He left our house with 1/4th of the floor removed. We had another contractor come in, inspect the floor and inform us that Wiley had misdiagnosed every single problem. Fast forward a couple of weeks....after SEVERAL unanswered phone messages and an email left for Masterson Floor Covering, we finally heard from Wiley's wife that Wiley will not be back to our place and is wiping his hands clean of this repair job. He couldn't even muster up the nerve to call us himself. Not the best way to earn rave reviews there Wiley! For all other consumers, be aware that Masterson Floor Covering is still contracted out by Lowe's in Turlock and Ceres. I would advise anyone purchasing flooring from those Lowe's stores to check and see who will be installing their flooring. If it is Masterson Floor Covering, I would definitely request a different contractor!
