We did remodel in our house and hired Nick to do the kitchen back splash. We are highly satisfied with his exceptional job. Everything looks beautiful. It was so easy to work with him. He right away understood the way we want everything done, and made his professional suggestion on how to make it even better. Looking forward to hire Nick for our next tile project.

Having Nick do our tile was a great experience. We initially weren't quite sure how much work we wanted done. Nick was quick to respond in our request for an estimate and more than accommodating in itemizing it out so we could get a clear picture of what work we could have done for how much we were willing to afford.
Once we did decide we wanted just the floor done he was prompt with the scheduling and completed all work to our expectations and on time.
We knew it wasn't going to be the lowest bid, but thought his estimate was a fair price for the high quality of work we expected based on previous customers' promising reviews/pictures. Nick is a true professional and I wouldn't hesitate to have him do more work in our house if the need arises.

Nick and Dennis were amazing. When our master bath shower cracked and flooded the adjacent room, I was at a loss where to start with repairs. Nick came highly recommended from a friend of a friend. He came over the same day I called for an estimate and guided me through the process of picking out new materials. The demo and subfloor replacement went great but it was his tile work and excellent communication that was so impressive. Nick demoed my master bath and installed a new porcelain subway tile shower with a marble shower bench and niche. His work is amazing, all tile cuts and grout lines are perfect - he has amazing attention to detail and it shows in the quality of his work. He was a great help in selecting materials and selecting other contractors for the work he could not do (frameless shower door, plumbing). I honestly would hire him again in a second, and if we move anytime soon, I'll be asking him to recreate my bathroom again in the new place. He was also very friendly and easy to work with through the whole process - finding an honest contractor you can trust is a rare thing, Nick is the real deal.

We hired another company to install about 300 square feet of tile in a bathroom - shower, floor, and walls. They botched the job - horribly. Uneven tile, crooked grout lines, etc. We fired that company, and brought in Nick with Masterworks. Nick is a perfectionist! He removed all the bad tile and thinset, and re-installed it. It's beautiful now! Nick is reasonable on time, on price, friendly, always and communicates if he's unsure how you want something. Very professional! If you want it done right the first time, on budget, and on schedule, call Masterworks. They'll fix you up!

The granite work Nick did on my kitchen changed the look of the entire house.. Excellent job!!! Nick is a true professional, who does his job in accordance to his believes.. very easy to work with..
