    Do not use this plumber. Beware of Mastro Plumbing, Ramond Mastropietro owner. They were a sub-contractor for my home. Their work was sub-standard, To start, faucets were put in backwards, drains not connected, pipes under the kitchen sink not installed correctly. Kitchen sink steel is so thin it bends. Spa tub installed when I wasn't there, turned out to be the wrong tub. In crawl space, there was no pipe connecting outside water spigot to the main water line. After I moved in I had a major catastrophe. I walked into the kitchen one night and there was an awful smell. The pipes under the kitchen sink had disconnected from one another a few days earlier and all the food from the disposal was 5 inches high in the bottom of the cabinet. The smell was sickening. I had to hire a handyman to come over to fix this. When the handyman crawled under my home to check the pipes, he found that Mastro Plumbing did not strap the pipe to the bottom of the home. As it was used it pulled down and eventually, pulled and disconnected the pipes under my kitchen sink leaving me with this horrible mess. My handyman had to crawl under the home several times to correctly strap the pipes to the bottom of the home and recut the pipes to fit one another under the kitchen sink. The inside of the cabinet was damaged from the food. this occurred on a Friday night at 10pm and was 28 degrees outside. This cost me $425. Now I find that one drain in my master bedroom sink has never been connected and I have problems with the shower knob. I have called Raymond Mastropietro to come and fix these items, but he laughed at me and hung up. If he will fix these items, I will remove this complaint. Buyer Beware of this poor quality and unethical plumber who will not stand behind his work. September 14, 2016.
