Was quoted to take 4-6 weeks and we are now in week 14 with little progress moving forward. Has failed to secure the necessary zoning and building permits. After demolishing the previous deck, my home and the floors below the deck were left vulnerable to the elements and have suffered water damage every rain fall as a result creating additional problems. Does not communicate well and has lied repeatedly about timing and saying he will start or finish projects just to leave them half finished or not doing them at all. Leaves a mess in the home on many occasions that I have to clean up. Seems to only work on weekends (at my home) and doesn’t respect that this is a home to me and my small children, and the inconveniences are many and very stressful.

The zoning has nothing to do with our company as the city of Philadelphia is very slow when it pertains to zoning. Daniel was very polite so no hard feelings towards him, but this review is very fabricated. We met with Daniel about this review, then continued the project until it was complete. MATGENCON
