Unfortunately we've had a very unpleasant experience with Matco thus far. We made our first payment to get a deck built on April 18th, first permit was pulled with the Town of Ogden on May 25th. It's a basic deck that is attached and off the back of our house with a hot tub to be set in the middle of it.
It is currently November 8th, about 6 months after we wrote the first check. And we still are not done yet. The Town Inspector has been calling us the last few weeks and is wondering what is going on.
The last thing to be done is the railings need to get put up as well as a privacy fence on one side of the deck. We call once a week to check in and get told all sorts of reasons why they won't be out that week and hope to make it the next.
There are contractors that could build a new house in 6 months and we are just trying to get this deck finished up. I feel like they just took the rest of the money and quit on the job.

Matco provided me with a roof tear off and a new one installed, new gutters, windows , and elect box. Not only were the workers on time , they were very professional. The owner also made it a point to stop by on a daily basis to ensure all was going well and that I was happy.
