I was referred to Mate through a friend who said they did honest and great work. I trusted the price that he gave me: 3800 for a two bed loft. I talked him down to 3300. They did a horrible job. they stated they did two coats - however there were spots from the original paint throughout the house. the seams between the walls and ceiling actually had dripping paint. there were also spots on the walls that were completely missed. I had to ask them to come back 3 times. I would never recommend them. My property manager i later hired stated that I should have paid less than 2100 and that this was one of the worst jobs they have seen.

I hired Mate to build my small apartment wich was going for rent the next week he was kindly nice and said yes to it he started working just 2 days after i called him! He and his workers did an incredible job! Recommended to anyone!
