Installed a toilet and barely six months later it began leaking brown stuff behind it. Told the company owner about it and he refused to check it claiming their work had only a 3-month warranty. That sounds like baloney. He didn't even send anyone too at least look at it!
Hired another plumber who came in and said the rubber gasket had a small wax seal that wasn't doing anything for the toilet. The gasket on the fill valve was broken, and a nut was only hand tightened instead of being tightened with a tool.
The guy is only concerned with money and not standing behind his work. He is short staffed and is spread way too thin. Don't use Petrusic Plumbing.
