overcharged; bad workmanship; non responsive to numerous phone calls. that was all during the over 100K project.
One year later, swimming pool leaking, acid destroying concrete due to leakage. Phoned him 4 times, left messages; no response. Phoned employee (Jeff). told him the problem. Said he'd 'tell Colin' (owner). still no answer.
Will have to hire another contractor to fix what MATRIX built and warranteed for 10 years (some parts for 5 years). Will have to seek redress from bonding company.

Matrix Golf and Landscape is an absolutely horrible and unprofessional company. Workmanship was poor and supervision was worse. Colin Hutton should never be allowed to own or run a company. I am one of mulitiple customers who currently has a claim against their Bond, which will most likely be awared for far less than the money they STOLE from us. We will have to file a individual lawsuit.
