If I could rate this contractor with 0 stars my review would be more accurate. Matt Awbrey hired the lowest quality of subcontractors possible. Matt's electrician walked off the job after having a disagreement. Matt requested payment directly to the electrician. The electrician walked, taking supplies I had already paid for. When Matt employed the replacement electrician he charged me for supplies and services once the work was completed. Very unfair to his client.The built-ins his cabinet man built were beyond unacceptable. I spent over $2100 correcting the mistakes Matt and his subs had made. Matt said he would reimburse me for the costly mistakes. I submitted the bill and Matt has refused to make any reimbursement. I can't think of a more unprofessional and dishonest contractor.
