This contractor is terrible. Owner and project manager have zero knowledge of construction methods. They don’t know building codes and don’t adhere to signed contract. 120 days waiting for this contractor to put shovel in ground. Contract says construction was suppose to start within 60 days. They have zero communication. They blew estimated items and quotes by over 150 percent and than try and pass those costs on to home owner. They gave me quote to build addition told non of their subs I had pool. Once subs Shaw pool and location of pool they choose not to do work. 120 days after signed contract contractor still never put shovel in ground. I made concession after concession to change agreed on plans for work to start. When I fired them from job after 120 day of doing nothing for delays they created due to lack on construction knowledge. They stuffed me on returning my deposit. Stay away they are a scam.
