Horrible experience, I hired him to install a gas pipe line to my fireplace. First of all he tried to hike the price up from the original quote, thank goodness I still had the email, should have fired him then. When I checked on the job he had installed the gas valve on the side of the fireplace but had not run a pipe into the actual fireplace, so basically it was useless. I called him and he denied I had asked to have pipe line taken into fireplace, why would I do that? Makes no sense to not run into fireplace where the log insert would be! He then got nasty on the phone and said to get your own inspection and hung up, needless to say I got the charge on my card reversed. Do not use this nasty man!
