We had Matt build an addition onto our house. It was about 330 sq ft with an attached garage. He did a great job. Some of my neighbors told me that their friends would ask them if the garage was always there it. That was testimony to the fact that he nailed it. We are picky about our property and did not want an addition that looked like an ‘addition’. The addition looks like it was built the same time the house was. He matched the brick, mortar, siding, roof line, roof shingles, windows, everything.
Matt was easy to work with and would constantly update me on the progress during construction. He is trustworthy and honest. I would highly recommend him. I don’t think we will be adding on again anytime soon, but if we did, I would definitely give him the work.
