I was very excited and pleased to have found a contractor to assist with our flood damage from the unusual snowstorm we had back in February. I wish I could give a positive review but I have nothing to offer because every glimmer of hope and or faith I had in this company was all lost this week. Initially, this company was pretty responsive but as soon as I got my insurance estimate back (2days later) and forwarded it to the contractor I was working with (cliff) I stopped hearing from them. I attempted to reach out to cliff 2/3 times before I called the receptionist back and asked if he still worked for the company because I had not heard anything back from him. She stated he was on vacation, which is fine but there was no out of office or outgoing voicemail message that stated that. The receptionist then asked if I wanted another person to work on it and I told her whatever makes sense to them because I expressed to cliff I'm pregnant and my due date is in May and don't want to be under construction when it is time for me to deliver. She then said she would notify the owners and cliff and I should hear from one of them soon. Cliff called on a Thursday evening and said that Troy the owner would reach out to me the next day Friday but no one called. So I called cliff back Monday to see what happened and he said he would have Troy call me. Troy called me and then apologized and asked if he could come out and look at the damage i told him I was open since i work from home he said perfect how about tomorrow Tuesday 3/23/21 at 3pm? I said sounds great he said I'll have jennifer add it to my schedule and send a calendar invite, I'll see you then. Well 3pm came and went no call, no email no follow up or follow through. It is definitely disappointing because I really thought they were going to be helpful. Now here I am 3 weeks later starting all over again because I couldn't get any professional service from this company. I understand that they probably had an overwhelming amount of clients but as a business professional I would suggest that you do not take on more than you can handle.
