    we have used Matt multiple times over the last 25 years.

    We have worked with Matt several time over the last 25 years. He built our house and has done several re-models / updates as well as another new build for our daughter's business. Matt is attentive, takes care of the details and has good people working for him. He is easy to get along with and is trustworthy. I would highly recommend Matt Griffith for any building or remodeling need you may have!

    Irresponsible. Not at sight to oversee job as promised, disregard of complaints, empty promises . bid 2 weeks took 4.2. Did not complete punch out list or fix issues which left us paying someone else to fix to repair.

    As for the job that was done by myself and crew, we quoted 2-3 weeks with good weather .It rained 2-3 days every week we were there adding to the overall length of the job.She had a material list from a local lumber yard that had to be changed twice do to wrong materials and types of lumber. (THE ORIGINAL LIST WAS NOT MADE BY ME) . She was being her own contractor and I was simply the FRAMING CONTRACTOR my job discription at this point was to show up and FRAME THE HOUSE not order materials (SHE WAS HER OWN CONTRACTOR) .Problem was she knew nothing about the process of building or the materials that was needed. SO for her to write a review such as this is very disturbing to me and anyone else that is close to the situation. so if and when you read her review keep in mind what I've told you here . I have not requested that it be removed because I want any potential customers to see how someone who has been in this BUSINESS for FORTY TWO YEARS should respond to such a review.
