Signed a contract with Matt Roberts on March 3, 2025.. It was a long time before he ever showed up to do anything at this point we’re on October 7, 2025 and our project is still not completed. Matt ran out of funds per an email and he would not be able to complete our work in a timely manner. We tried to work with Matt to give him an opportunity to complete the part of the project that he said that he would even though that would not fulfill his contractual agreement and he has completely stopped responding after agreeing to complete what he could by October 3, 2025 I would not recommend this builder very dissatisfied. We also had to step in and pay for the concrete to be delivered for our project and a portion of that was supposed to be withdrawn from his next draw for mask and he agreed to pay us back the $2500 he still owed us on the concrete but again we have not heard anything from him about keeping his obligation.
