We are family owned and operated and currently hold 3 different licenses with the Contractor's State License Board. A General B building, C-20 Warm-Air , Heating , Ventilation and Air Conditioning and a C-36 Plumbing. We have a large variety of projects we have done from new residential construction, remodels and additions, to complete fire damaged repairs. We also do grading, paving, and underground work. My husband and I cannot praise Mattes Construction enough. They built our dream vacation get-a-way house on the Feather River in south Sutter county, and it was not an easy project. Bounded by a levee, a road right- of-way and power lines, the house had to fit on a very specific footprint and meet all of the material requirements for building in a flood plain. Brandon Mattes used top notch subcontractors and vendors and always listened carefully to our dreams for the finishes for the house. Our friends are all impressed when they view our beautiful stone fireplace, the beautiful finish carpentry of the door casings, the fabulous floors, the beautiful doors and hardware and lovely shaker cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. Mattes construction is not afraid to tackle difficult and unusual construction problems and will deliver the high quality, beautiful product you are dreaming about.
