    We purchased a dishwasher from Costco, and they were subcontracted installer from the original contractor that we were notified to come for installation. After 6 months I came to realize they didn't close the permit when the job was done, and it took long time to get his attention and make him contract the city to resolve the problem.

    Contractor Mike was hired with my appliance purchase from Costco. However, they didn't close the permit. When I contacted M WOODY'S PLUMBING & HEATING as per the details from the city (Mike is a private contractor who works for them) to close the permits, they were rude and couldn't provide any help. Very bad experience!
