Home owner be aware. We had a horrible experience. Matt Samarco took 75% of the job's total cost up front (I shouldn't of paid that much I realize now) and he stopped showing up, when the job was less than half complete. So essentially stole from us. Additionally the little work he did complete I found to be sloppy. He cuts corners with construction (e.g. no dovetail on drawers or proper joinery.) He also was difficult to work with and become very defensive and argumentative when I asked questions.
