Owner
I would definitely not recommend this contractor. He does not stand by his work and clearly does not have adequate knowledge in the HVAC business. He incorrectly installed a furnace that will not adequately heat my house that I paid him nearly $9k. The addition gets no heat at all and the temperature in my home is not getting over 65 degrees because he did not sell me a unit appropriate for my ductwork and he did not properly ventilate the unit and now rust is forming inside. He failed to install metal ductwork in our contract, busted a waterline, damaged wood floor, and hooked up return vents instead of supply vents to my addition. I told him things still were not working correctly in regards to my furnace last winter when it was installed, but he flat out refused to come to my house to see what was wrong; therefore not honoring the warranty on his work either. Now things have only gotten worse and he is still refusing to take responsibly and saying I am out of warranty and he will not do business with me. He has no care if the job was done correctly. He lies about this situation to avoid taking care of all the mistakes which is why he had to come to my house so many times because the errors we endless with this company. On top of it all they are horribly rude, hung up on me, and the owner has yelled at both me and my father. This guy took my money and ran. Taking my money is the only thing he seems able to do correctly.
