Kevin treats your property as if it was his own. He's a perfectionist. If his bid isn't the cheapest you can bet the difference is well worth it. He's fair, respectful, considerate, a craftsman that is a rare find. Highly recommend and lucky I found him for my much needed projects. He repaired rotting logs on my Cabin. He fixed a leaking roof in my Sunroom. Removed and replaced all screws with larger diameter screws on a metal portion of my roof. Re stapled ridge cap, loose and curling shingles and put down a heavy coat of 100% boiled linseed oil. Not to mention cleaning rain gutters after blowing off all the pine needles, dirt and pine cones to prep the roof. He even blew off the deck of all the debris that came down. You can't ask for better than that. More than expected.
