DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR.
I hired this company to replace a door in my apartment. The work required a $1,600 deposit, which I paid. The HOA in the building didn't approve the work because Maulini Construction didn't meet some of the requirements to work in the building. Then, I requested a full refund but only received $800 because Mr. Maulini said the business didn't have the funds to give me a full refund. After months of not getting a response from the business, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Attorney General. The BBB stated that they were unable to get a response from the business.

I hired a compay named 305 patio and their contracts came from this company Maulini Construction Corp.
We hired 305 Patio for a new aluminum pergola and outdoor kitchen. All of their invoices and payment requests were in the name of Vexden LLC. Julio Hincapie, the owner did a terrible job with our pergola. There were a number of delays, they only showed up 1 day per week on average and a job which he said would take no more than 4 weeks took almost 3 months to complete. After completion, the pergola roof was leaking and none of the electrical outlets were rated outdoor nor did they contain GFI's. We had to hire an electrician to replace all of the outlets, and redo the panel work Julio did as that was flawed as well. We alos hired a roofer to repair the pergola leaks.
I will never hire this company again as they are irresponsible and do terrible work.
