Maven's primary goal is to extract as much money as possibly from your insurance company. You are made to sign a binding document that mandates all of the insurance money goes to them. They twist laws and loopholes to their advantage, with the help of a few lawyers, and in the end they force compliance of anyone who crosses them, homeowners and insurance companies alike.
Their promise of fast, efficient restoration service is wholly untrue. Kyle stood in our living room and told us that just the estimate would take 8 to 10 days, and that the soonest they could even start was over a month later. The entire process was projected to take at least 90 days. No other company estimated more than 6 weeks.
The tree only broke one half of one truss, which the other companies said was easily repairable. Kyle said the whole truss needed to be replaced as well as the whole trusses on either side because of "impact spread." No other company said anything even remotely similar.
