Eric Just completed a kitchen remodel for us after a flood. We had a couple bids and Eric’s bid was very competitive. He was always on time, kind, honest and trustworthy. His crew and subs were always there when expected and seemed to have a respectful relationship with each other. He has a great eye for detail and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. At the end of each day he would go over what he had completed and the plans for The following day. We would highly recommend Maveric Construction to others and will definitely use Eric for any future projects we have.

We had to remodel a master bathroom, a guest bathroom, a laundry room, and fireplace. We found Eric's bid to be competitive, but, more importantly, we felt that he was a contractor we could trust. Eric proved us right. He was professional and trustworthy. He has a good eye for detail, and he provided us weekly updates (with lots of pictures). And when COVID-19 hit, Eric did what he could to minimize disruption and organize the project to keep it going. Most importantly, he treated our house like it was his own. We highly recommend him for your next project.

We have been working with Eric for 5 years and he has been nothing short of incredible. Our first experience with Eric was him fixing a beam we had installed in our home. We were in the process of selling our home and the beam has been installed incorrectly. Eric swiftly corrected it and that’s where our relationship started.
In our next home we were again selling and there was an issue with water getting into the home. Again he came in to save the day.
When we were remodeling our next home we knew Eric was the only one we could trust. We started with the guest bath and when we opened the walls there was serious water damage. Eric was able to fix and replace all of the woodwork and gave us an amazing guest bathroom.
Next up was the kitchen. When we opened the walls we realized our cast iron drainpipes were leaking and again, Eric replaced the pipes so we were starting with a great foundation and wouldn’t have issues in the future. Eric provides us with a beautiful kitchen. Lastly we remodeled the master bath, which turned out stunning. With no surprise, when we opened the walls there was serious water and termite damage. Eric essentially rebuilt an entire wall for us.
Eric doesn’t just remodel homes, he cares. He goes above and beyond to ensure that you aren’t just covering up issues & that his product will last long term. Throughout this process Eric has been amazing - my 3 year old gets so excited whenever he sees Eric’s car. We could suggest Eric to anyone who needs anything done in their home, big or small!

Maveric and the owner Éric just finished our master bathroom remodel and we are beyond thrilled with the outcome. My wife and I have done a few remodels in the past and this experience far exceeded our expectations. Eric’s attention to detail is unmatched. He was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. We will definitely use him for all future projects and highly recommend him to others!

We had a kitchen and small bath remodel, bid was very competitive to the other two we had, their time schedules were spot on and they cleaned up EVERY DAY they had finished. The GC Eric, was always on time as well as his crew of subs , everyone was respectful and seemed to go the extra mile for him....we will definitely keep them in our " go to" book.

When I purchased my home I knew one of the two small bathrooms would need some repair and updating in the immediate future. I must have called close to a dozen businesses to get the job quoted and I knew within 5 minutes of Eric coming to my home that Maveric was the right choice. He was very forthcoming and gave me options and we ended up doing a full remodel. I was thoroughly informed every step of the way and the process was so smooth.
