I have a deal with few contractors on several projects around my house, depending on the project needing to be done and I have never ever had such a horrible experience like I did with Maverick Turnkey Construction. I would never use or recommend Maverick Turnkey Construction again! Underestimated the project by more than $3000.00 , missed calculated the materials for the roof by over 1000 sq ft ,even after their own workers and I informed Matt it did not appear to be enough roofing material ( who does that and calls themselves a contractor?) Then after we agreed upon amount for their errors and shortages, they want to still come for more money after they found out how much my issuance had covered. They did my neighbor’s house that is a lot bigger for less, and left them dissatisfied and have not come back to complete the other work they promised. Like I stated its funny after they found out how much the insurance gave me, that's how much they went up by. They also took 5 days to do a 1-day job, they are a bunch of crooks. STAY AWAY from Edger and Matt at Turnkey Construction!
