Alicia and Grady Sins are phony contractor's from Mississippi who prey on homeowners with their southern charm and promises of delivering quality work at a "too good to be true" price. Alicia Sins claims to hold license #48513, but when it is typed in, the name of a Hispanic male A/C contractor appears. They have a grade of "F" with the BBB.Grady Sins is no more than a handyman, and together their promised work is below par and never completed. Stay clear of Alicia and Grady Sins, their phony pictures and testimonials, and their so called "company," Max Builders. For further info contact the Midland Police Department.

I would leave a negative star if possible. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!! THEY LEFT GULFPORT MISSISSIPPI WITH OVER $ 40,000.00 of my bosses money. MY BOSS SAID THEY TOOK THIS MONEY AS AN ADVANCE FOR SOME WORK THEY WERE TO DO BUT DID NOT DO THEY WORK AND LEFT TOWN WITH HIS $40,000.OO !!!! THEY WERE RAN OUT OF MISSISSIPPI AND HAD THEIR CONTRACTORS LICENSE TAKEN AWAY from THEM!!! DISHONEST PEOPLE BEWARE.!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!
Alicia and Grady Sins have been charged with numerous counts of fraud related to home remodling. They moved to Midland from the Gulfport, MS area because they could no longer work there. Their liscense was pulled because Grady was convicted on 3 separate felony drug charges involving cocaine and methamphetamine.****DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!****
