    Addition

    We hired Max Developers in 2022 for a major addition to our home, and overall, we’re quite pleased with the results.

    Max Developers did a commendable job on the addition. The work was overall of high quality, with a few minor issues that were quickly addressed. The craftsmanship is solid, and the new space blends well with our existing home.

    One of the standout aspects of working with Max Developers was their ability to stay within budget during a time when construction costs were quickly rising. Troy was resourceful in finding cost-effective solutions, which helped us avoid unexpected expenses. Their careful management of finances was a significant advantage.

    Throughout the project, Troy was very cooperative when it came to changes and adjustments. He was open to our ideas and worked with us to ensure the final result matched our vision. This flexibility made the process smoother and more collaborative.

    Mother in law suite

    Max Developers did an awesome job on a Demo and construction of mother in law suite. They had to bring in electrical, plumbing, build out bathrooms/kitchen and framing walls. Team worked very hard and the project was done timely and a great result.
