    I purchased a home that was rehabbed by this company, they refused to supply the sub contractors names to the insurance company because they were afraid of being sued for shotty work. a few months after moving in the slate tiles developed a hole in it on the front porch, and most of the tiles started peeling, I contacted the insurance company and they stated the front porch tiles were never sealed with a sealant and were all flaking and may cave in. I contacted the realtor to ask if he would contact Max remodlers to come repair the tiles at my expense, and they never came to repair them nor seal them. the bathroom and kitchen grout began breaking alose only a few months after moving in. even though the house was rehabbed, the floors were uneven, they build a new garage over a broken up concrete garage floor, now the whole garage must be torn down and rebuilt. they cut down a large tree in the back yard but left the tree stump and planted no sod in the barren area. I had to pay landscapers thousands to grind up the tree stump and plant new sod. they didnt even attempt to repair the garage floor. ill stop there.
