They installed a siding that was a completely different color than my siding they were replacing. During the change of the siding they also broke a set of our shutters. When it was brought to their attention, they apologized and said they would get back with us on what could be done. Over the following 8 months we were told they ordered the correct siding, it was in their shop, they were trying to get us on the schedule, they needed to make sure it was still in the shop, each time we reached out was another excuse. They eventually stopped responding about the siding so we said at the very least we want the shutters replaced. We haven’t received any response and learned that the statute of limitations was 12 months so they pushed us and lied as long as possible so we couldn’t do anything about it and they didn’t have to fix their mistakes. I hope you never have to deal with this company!
