    Maximum Energy Saver is a top notch company. The owner, Don, and his wife know their business. They added a new SS liner and repaired our chimney. We highly recommend this company to anyone with a chimney issue. This couple is very honest and thorough.

    Chimney cleaning

    After calling two companies that were no shows in the Lehigh valley area we called Maximum Energy Savers. They were booked out a month so we set up an appointment to have our Fireplace and oil chimney cleaned and inspected. They came on time and did there job well. We will be recommending this company for its professionalism and keeping to there appointment.

    We had one of there technicians come and they were really polite. He even put booties on his feet so he would dirty the floor. Overall was a great experience

    I had contacted Maximum Energy Savers after my oil company had told me that my chimney was blocked. Don came out to my home and explained exactly what had happened. He was extremely helpful and helped me to understand exactly what had happened. He fixed my chimney by putting in a chimney liner. He was excellent to work with and I am very pleased with Maximum Energy Savers. Thank you!

    Very Professional and they knew what they were doing. I have been a plumber for over 20 years now and unfortunately I don't do chimneys but I can tell when someone does good work.

    Great company to deal with. I needed a lining system installed for my gas system. At first I thought there prices were a little expensive. Than I got other estimates and realized the materials were of the highest quality. I decided to go with them and it was a great decision. There quality of work and work ethic is outstanding. Don and his crew truly know what they are doing.

    $2,504 Scam
    The workman told me that I had a gas leak from rusted pipes had to replaced immediately because it was a life threatening emergency. He wanted a $1000 deposit. Thank goodness I only gave him $500. He was to return at noon today. This morning I called Con Edison. No gas leak. No carbon monoxide.. There was an old rusted pipe but it was disconnected. I faxed the information to Donald Ulrich, the owner requesting a refund. He called me up screaming and yelling and said that I did not call Con Ed and a lot of other things, some of them sexist. I hung up.
    In addition the fireplace was not cleaned correctly. Smoke and debris were coming out of it last night. I called up and Mr. Ulrich said that they had closed the flue and did not tell us. He said that they were required by law to do this. My husband went up to the roof and smoke was coming out of the chimney as well as into the living room. We extinguished the fire. It was too hot to check the flue. This morning we checked and the flue was partially open and partially closed.
    The workman arrived filthy (it is a dirty job) and I had to ask him not to keep touching the walls.
    Mr. Ulrich said he is a hard working husband and father and he goes to church so he won't cancel the scam job (it says I have 3 days to cancel) and he will not refund my deposit.

    The customer service person just called me and said he would refund $150 only and cancel the job. He said that Don gave me a really good price!!! Huh? $2504.13 is a good price for unneeded work?

    Nyc
    Maximum did my roof and rebuilt my chimney from roofline up. It had collapsed from hurricane sandy. Everything came out great. They cleaned up everything when they were done and my chimney and roof never looked better. I give them two thumbs up.

    I have to say i am very satisfied with this company. They show the upmost professionalism and there work is impeccable. They installed a lining system and rebuilt my crown it looks Beautiful. Thank you for your job Well done Maximum.
