    I had a good experience with Maximus Construction. They responded quickly with an estimate, scheduled the work, and were able to shift their schedule to do the work earlier. The carpenter who worked on the project was respectful, appropriate, and worked hard. The final appearance of the balcony and ceiling are good, and I am very satisfied.
