I cannot say enough great things about Bob! We were very nervous about hiring a contractor but he was a Godsend! He really knows the ins and outs of construction. He has a great eye for design and thought of everything! He was so careful and always cleaned up after himself each evening. He was always respectful and professional. We just loved him. The finished basement was beyond perfect! It was so beautiful and I had money left over to furnish it. He was absolutely amazing and really is the best around! I have already recommended him to several people. I will never look anywhere else if we ever need any future work done. The other great thing is he splits the payments in quarters so that you never have to worry about paying up front and a contractor taking off with your money. He is so trustworthy and stuck to the budget and timeline perfectly. Thanks Bob!

We had Bob finish our 900 square foot basement. He delivered on everything he said and did everything in the time frame he laid out. He was excellent at communicating with us all along the way so there were no surprises. He treated our home like he would treat his own home. His workmanship is excellent and he charged a fair price. We are very pleased with our new basement and happy to recommend him!

Bob finished a 1500 sq ft basement for us and we couldn't be more pleased. My wife and I have no hesitancy recommending him to others. Hiring the right contractor is extremely important. After interviewing six different contractors we decided on Bob. He was thorough and precise on his estimate and had tons of experience and took the time to research and answer all of our questions.

We made the right choice. Bob overall was fantastic. He stuck to the schedules laid out, he was good at setting expectations. He also was very good as a project manager and coordinating all of the various aspects that must come together to finish a basement.

His work was excellent, he doesn't just blindly deliver, but instead puts thought in all the details that ultimately adds up to a better product and experience. If it were not for Bobs suggestions our basement would not have turned out as well. His experience pays in this area.

Overall Bob exceeded all of our expectations, we can't recommend him enough.
