STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My general contractor, MY HOME DESIGN STUDIO, in Teaneck, used Amax Electric and assigned a permit to do electric work on our home addition. Max never showed up, but allowed the general contractor to do all electrical work in our home under his license. When our contractor stopped showing up after getting paid, I called Max to come assess damage and told him we have a permit with his info, he came to my house and said he'd complete the electrical work. That was a month ago and we haven't seen or heard from him or contractor since. They do a lot of business together. They'll take your money and leave your job half done!!
