    I contracted Maxxima Concrete for a substantial residential driveway project involving over 40 yards of concrete. While the final product is functional, the overall experience left much to be desired and raises serious concerns about workmanship and accountability.
    From the outset, I had to intervene multiple times to ensure basic standards were met. For example, the team initially resisted digging deep enough to accommodate a proper 4-inch gravel base—something fundamental to long-term durability. I also had to correct their handling of the mesh wire reinforcement, which was laid but not properly elevated during the pour, compromising its effectiveness.
    The finished driveway includes visible engraved marks along each control joint—an aesthetic flaw that was acknowledged but not resolved. Instead of addressing the issue, Maxxima offered a discount, which felt more like a way to avoid remediation than a gesture of goodwill.
    They did extend the warranty from one year to two, which I appreciated at the time. Unfortunately, they have not honored it. I’ve reached out via text and email consistently over the past six weeks regarding discoloration and two areas showing early signs of cracking—just three months post-installation. Despite multiple attempts, I’ve received no response, no site visit, and no effort to engage in a conversation.
    This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I will be posting this review across all known LLC and address variations (of which there are a few) of Maxxima Concrete on Yelp, Google, and the BBB. If the situation remains unresolved, I will pursue further action through small claims court.
    I hope this review helps others make informed decisions. A fair price and initial effort do not compensate for poor follow-through and disregard for customer concerns.
