They installed a pond that leaks; a waterfall that fell over; sprinklers that do not have adequate coverage; one sprinkler drain that was glued pointing up not down, so it would not drain (of course it froze in the winter and had to be replaced); a backyard full of sink holes, and they cut the electrical line to my sprinklers in the front, so I had to turn each station on by hand until I was able to fix it. They denied any culpability and were unwilling to attempt to fix any of the problems.

I don't know why it's so dang hard to find good contractors! We have been trying to get people to come give us quotes to finish our backyard ALLL summer and there was never any follow through. I stalked all the city pages for references and LUCKILY found the May brothers. Within a few hours of derek coming to our house to measure stuff, we had a GREAT quote in our inbox and we responded right away saying lets do it!
Seeing as we had so many people not follow through all year we were REALLY nervous they wouldn't show day of. But, right on time they were here to get the job done! And they did FABULOUS work. It's like christmas at my house right now because the summer long project is done! We couldnt be happier and HIGHLY recommend them.
Not only is their work great, but they were so nice and comfortable to be around. Just like old buds. They were patient with my little show off toddler and answered all my dumb blonde questions. I will use them for any landscaping projects in the future!

They will bid lower than others but they do not care about the quality of their work. When we had questions on what was not finished or left looking half done, Derek threatened to just walk off the job rather than address the problems. They installed the trampoline wrong and got angry when asked to fix it. The rocks under the trampoline are so high you touch them when jumping unless it's a small child, we will have to remove these by hand. They left parts where grass/sod should have been added as just dirt, I think they ran out of sod. The wobbly uneven rock wall had to be fixed by someone else. They left a giant space between the rock wall and the fence, leaving what looks like a very wide dirt slide. First telling us that's what we asked for, we said no we wouldn't ask for that, oh actually it's because you don't want the rock wall close to the fence. We needed a drip system in the garden. They ran a line to the garden but tried to leave the tubing for us to install ourselves saying that's what they always do most people install the rest themselves. They did end up fixing that for us. They were supposed to level part of the yard and prep it so we could install pavers, we ended up having to do that ourselves.
