  Excellent experience. Contracted to demolish a4000 sq ft house and clear lot on Lake Murray SC. Job completion was timely and on budget. Highly recommend these guys!!

  Concrete pad for carport

  12-15-2016 I used Mr. Maybin to pour a concrete pad, 20' x 20' x 4 inches thick. Joe was very professional. He answered my calls and was very punctual. Gave me an estimate on Monday and completed the job that Thursday. The work was well done and I would use Maybin Construction again.

  I called them to clear about 1/2 acre for me. It was heavily wooded. They showed up on time and did an unbelievably good job clearing the lot and moving the hardwood logs to the side. The job was done far better than we expected. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Nice men and great work!!!

  We had paid him a equipment drop off fee. Him and his son showed up maybe 3 times and did very little work. Never showed back up. Took them to court. We won but of course they have never paid us back our money.

  We put a small deposit down at the end of June 2013. They were supposed to start work 7-8-2013. They have shown up one time since then and knocked a few trees down. We have not seen them since and keep getting excuses as to why they can't come. Now 8-27-2013 they won't even answer their phones. I would not recommend them for any work.
