We had Mayer's CNR do a complicated addition and remodel that added a bathroom and expanded the footprint of the house. Not the cheapest, but very professional, flexible, and communicative throughout the project. Friends of ours with similar or even smaller projects complain about their contractors taking much longer than promised and being ghosted for days by their project managers. That was not the case with Mayer's team.
The project was done on time and within the quoted budget, despite several unexpected complications along the way, including the age of the house and the fact that the crew had to work around us so that we could stay in the house for most of the project.
The addition is beautiful and the house is much more functional and enjoyable than before.

It had been quite some time working with Mayer’s Construction on our beautiful home project and we can’t believe it came to an end.
First, these great guys was so nice before, along and during the entire construction process, even when we came to some on site construction difficulties, Mike and Seam were able to adjust and be on top of their workers and people who needed to do certain work.We have worked with Mike Nd Sean as our main project manager on a big scope
Of work of full home remodel and 1000SF of new ADU.The entire process from design to build was handled by the Mayer’s team members spread on a year and a half till full completion.
We absolutely love the new house both interior and exterior work.
The new ADU is to mu parents satisfaction and all accessibility accessories installed and thought to perfection.Thank you Mayer’s Construction and to the entire team for bring there for us, honest Nd reliable. Wishing you the very best of luck.
