We hired Mr. Gotthelf to do a home inspection on the recommendation of Boulevard Title Company. We regret it. Mr. Gotthelf neglected to indicate that we had polybutylene plumbing, even though said pipes were visible at the time of the inspection. Rather, he indicated that the home was in good condition, including the plumbing. Shortly after purchasing the home we suffered a significant leak with much water damage and mold. His neglect has cost of thousands of dollars. We reported Mr. Gotthelf to the BBB; he has not responded.
