By far the worst experience buying a house ever!! Company and builder are completely disrespectful and have no regards to the buyer at all. They just want you to close on the house and move. Same as the selling agent. He has a very smart mouth and is completely disrespectful. I had several issues point out on my 1st walk thru and was never taken care of by my 2nd walk thru. My mistake for closing on the house but I trusted the builder and he promised the issues would be taken care of. That was lie. It's been 3 weeks since I've closed and they have been out twice to only make the issues worse. Now all I keep getting is the run around from everyone!! If I knew any this from the beginning I would have never bought this home. I WILL NEVER REFER THIS BUILDER/COMPANY TO ANYONE!!
