We had serious difficulties during our project 8 months ago. Now here we are with a wobbly and dangerous stairway railing from top to bottom floor that should be covered under warranty, but she is telling us NO. This after they had to install this railing twice already. It's as if they don't know how to do the work. This covers other areas of our project as well, such as flooring, drywall and finish work. Basically they don't have the skills to do basic construction/remodel work, and don't back the work they couldn't do correctly in the first place with the warranty they will lie to you about.

Strange experience- very personable seemed willing-said he would come back with samples for me to look at-called next day said he was having trouble getting all the samples but would stop by next day with samples. Never showed up Never call just disappeared. Is there a reason they can't be honest and say they are not interested?
