I highly recommend Mazzamuto Construction for all your home project needs. Why?
1. Not only because of three generations of experience but because these are the nicest people you can ever hope to run across.
2. Their integrity is beyond reproach and they are as honest as the day is long.
3. They are dependable.
4. Their work is "Old School" craftsmanship and quality while adhering to or surpassing current building codes.
5. At the end of the work day they make sure they leave a safe and clean work area for the safety of the home residents.
6. They take a personal interest in their work and in your satisfaction.
7. You will build such a relationship with the contractor and work crew that you will be looking forward to their arrival each morning long after the project is completed. In other words you will miss them as if a family member has moved away.
I can swear by the above statements because I have had Mazzamuto Construction complete numerous major projects at my residence over the years. I won't have anyone else. I have a 3000 sq. ft, three story house on a very steep slope. Here are a few (not all inclusive) of the renovation projects that were completed at my place of residence.
1. All the outside siding (whole house) was removed and replaced with superior siding and painted. While siding was removed, the outside walls were reinforced for earthquake activity.
2. 4 outside decks were removed and replaced with stronger and larger ones with a lifetime waterproof coating.
3. 2 massive retaining walls and concrete patio built on one side of the house.
4. 22 windows removed and replaced with new ones plus a patio slider created and installed.
5. Kitchen and bathrooms remodeled (gorgeous)
6. All drain and sewer pipes throughout the house were replaced with new ABS piping while the inside walls remained intact.
7. Extensive electrical wiring and plumbing (gas and water) performed during nearly all of the renovation projects.
8. Gino came to my aid during a catastrophic failure of my water heater. Replaced the sheet-rock and flooring, removed the old and installed the new water heater.
9. All of the above work were performed around a fully furnished and occupied home.
The above work is not all inclusive. There were more projects and they weren't small. I don't think there is anything regarding normal home renovation projects that they can't do.
I can't say enough about Mazzamuto Construction except: To you, Jim, Gino, and Ernesto, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done for me through the years.
