Most unprofessional contractor I had ever dealt with! Their work was riddled with third-rate workmanship! Their trim work used an enormous amount caulking. This was to hide the inability to cut a 90°! All Door jambs were cut 1” too high. Their fix, fill it with caulk. 30 a 40 brads were not sunk deep enough, just covered it with caulk! Floors are out of level, 3” in one spot and 2” in another! This goes on and on throughout the interior and exterior. The entire perimeter 4’ up the paint peeled off in large pieces. They used an interior grade wood filler on an exterior wood deck. After one rain fall it all became noticeable and began failing! Had over 30 “nail pops” their fix was to to use wall mud over top and paint. When I pointed a few of these issues out to their P.M. (D@@@@@) he blew a gasket, cussing, flailing his arms around. This is what I get for paying-in-full. JCPD had to be called out. I called MB multiple times and never received a response. After speaking with others who used MB their responses were similar

We are absolutely outraged with MB Endeavors LLC and their blatant disregard for professionalism and customer satisfaction. Since our initial walkthrough in August 2023, we've been subjected to nothing but incompetence and empty promises. Despite countless emails, text messages, and phone calls, these issues remain unresolved.
Here’s a rundown of the major disasters they’ve ignored:
1. Painting: The paint job is a disgrace, with streaks and uneven coverage that looks like it was done by amateurs. There’s still blue tape in areas where the issue has yet to be addressed.
2. Deck Repairs: The deck is a death trap, made from substandard materials. Our grandson received a handful of splinters from the handrail! The stairs are equally hazardous and poorly constructed, using bowed lumber. The deck has beams with 8-12” cracks filled with caulk instead of wood putty, and the caulk is already separating.
3. Masonry Work: The top row of bricks on the wall around the HVAC units is separated from the wall, posing a serious danger, and yet they haven’t lifted a finger to fix them.
4. Garage Stairs: The garage stairs have detached from the foundation, creating a significant safety risk that they have shamelessly ignored.
It has been 11 months since our initial walkthrough, and the work is still not completed. This is beyond unacceptable—it’s a total disgrace. MB Endeavors LLC’s lack of response and action is utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I pressed them about getting the aforementioned issues resolved as per the signed agreement, I was met with the offensive comment, “You PEOPLE always asking for something.”
Homeowners deserve better than this appalling treatment. I urge anyone considering them for their home building needs to run in the opposite direction! This experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. Get your act together, MB Endeavors LLC. Our homes and safety are not negotiable!
